Appreciated our neat and airy rooms with comfortable bed and the staff were incredibly nice. The location was very central, adjacent to Close to good restaurants, and the beautiful cathedral in Epernay, and there were a cathedral and a theater walk from the venue.

The rooms here were great, super cozy and had everything I needed - a balcony, free wifi, and a seriously comfy bed. Having a bathtub in my own bathroom was a nice touch 🛁. Plus, the location was spot on, really convenient being close to a train station.

Quirky and clean place, everything was really GOOD. The staff has always been pleasant, and the facilities were good. Its location in the center of the town was marvellous and unbeatable. We had a nice experience.

This place is absolutely charming with a great view of the Cathedral, the staff is friendly, and you can easily park your car on the street.

All staff were nice and helpful. They made a reservation for champaign celler visits. The location is also good - close to both Cathedral and Fujita's chappel.

It was a tiny room, it wasn't easy to pass between the bed and the desk. There was mayby 20 cm between the both of them. Bit ennoying if you have to pass to go to the bathroom

The staff were extremely helpfull and friendly and the facilities were first rate.

The room was spacious and had a comfy bed, a shower, a hairdryer, and towels. The breakfast was satisfying, and the check-in process was easy. The restaurant served good food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was fine as a quick stop over en route back to England. We had two rooms which were very basic (especially the tea and coffee facilities with plastic cups) but clean. Unfortunately though they were up in the Gods on the fourth floor with velux windows so no view, little light and incredibly hot. This was disappointing as our booking stated rooms with balcony and view. With a late arrival and three tired children we chose not to create a fuss although on reflection we wish we had as the hotel was far from full and they could have accommodated us in better rooms. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent within easy walking distance of all sites and good restaurants + on Saturday morning there was an excellent market right outside the hotel's door. We would stay here again but not on the fourth floor!!

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, however everything was perfect. The staff was courteous and impeccable. The service was excellent with parking on street. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from Sube Fountain. Further, it was just off historical centre, and restaurants/bars.
